For residential properties up to 1/4 acre of standard desert-type landscaping, we charge a flat rate of $75.00. Larger properties are priced upon property size and other considerations. Our rates include all chemicals, supplies and application by a knowledgable professional. There are never any hidden fees, and we tell you the cost before any services are rendered. This is a PREEMERGENCE (pendimethalin) / POSTEMERGENCE (glyphosate) control. It will save you money, by needing less applications because IT WORKS! Each application will last up to 8 months, although it is recommended every 6 months. You can request a one-time application, or request recurring applications on a set schedule.
